In 2006, Bolod Technologies Ltd. was founded in Beijing. Meanwhile, Bolod introduced international technology resource and capital, being as a professional company focusing on 3D display R&D, manufacture, marketing and services.

In 2007, Bolod completed the first round funding, and soon the new operation platform "Celvision Technologies Limited" was built.
